Please send graphics as soon as possible by mail to kundeservice@discimport.com in one color pdf or vector file. Please also write your wishes for disc color and stamp color in an email and we will check for available colors and disc molds.

Custom orders needs to be handled manually and we need to approve the graphics file etc. before the order is accepted.
Normal delivery time is 3-6 weeks from approved design.
No refunds/returns for custom design.
ART SPECIFICATIONS
The requirements and specifications below needs to be met, otherwise we are not able to give you a high quality custom design on the discs, and the service will take longer. Please contact us if you need assistance the graphics design.
- Not larger than a 13 cm (5.25 in) diameter on discs.
- All text must be converted to outlines before sending the file.
- Don’t exceed 1×1 cm (0.4 in) solid areas.
- All artworks must be in 100% CMYK black and white. We can’t hot stamp multi-color designs.
- All designs will be centred unless otherwise specified.
- Avoid thick and thin lines that are close to one another, this will cause the stamp to bleed together.
- Acceptable file types are AI, EPS or PDF. The higher the resolution, the better the final result will be.
- Avoid covering the centre (1.9 cm / 0.75 in) of the disc when possible. Covering the centre of the disc nearly guarantees a drop-out/misprint.
