What is the delivery time on online orders?
We do our best to get your order sent as soon as possible, you can therefore expect a delivery time of only 1-3 business days. However, there may be problems with the delivery time due to public holidays or if there are complications with the choosen shipping company.

Shipping prices?
We have prices from as low as 29DKK when you order from the web shop. If you choose pickup in one of our physical store there will be no shipping cost to you.

When can I pick up my order if I order for collection at local store?
All the products you find on the webshop is located at our store. As soon as we have accepted your order, you can come and pick it up.

Can I expect my item to be 100% similar to the one pictured on the webshop?
The pictures on the webshop are indicative therefore both color and stamp can vary. If you choose a pink you will of course not recieve a green, maybe the shade is darker or lighter than the picture on the website. There is no possibility to choose the color of the stamp.
