What is the delivery time on online orders?
We do our best to get your order sent as soon as possible, you can therefore expect a delivery time of only 1-3 business days. However, there may be problems with the delivery time due to public holidays or if there are complications with the choosen shipping company.

Shipping prices?
We have prices from as low as 37DKK when you order from the web shop. If you choose pickup in one of our physical stores, the order will be sent to the store you choose at no shipping cost to you.

When can I pick up my order if I order for collection at local store?
Delivery time to our stores will be 1-3 business days before it can be picked up in our physical stores. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

If it’s in stock online, surely it’s also in the physical stores?
We are a little challenged on the space in our physical stores in contrast to our large warehouse in Silkeborg, there may therefore seem that things are not in stock at the Discimport closest to you.
If you do not want to drive in vain, you can give your local Discimport a call before your visit and we can check it for you, otherwise you are always welcome to come by yourself.

Can I expect my item to be 100% similar to the one pictured on the webshop?
The pictures on the webshop are indicative therefore both color and stamp can vary. If you choose a pink you will of course not recieve a green, maybe the shade is darker or lighter than the picture on the website. There is no possibility to choose the color of the stamp.

No, the club discount does not apply to already discounted items.
