Complaint

According to the Sale of Goods Act, you have the right of complaint for 24 months on all goods. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the product that have occurred 24 months after the purchase. There is no warranty on discs that have broken due to wear and tear or improper treatment. Broken discs, as a rule, are not swapped.

If you send goods back, a detailed error description and a copy of the invoice must be included. Discimport.com reserves the right to credit the item at its original price.

Information about the reason for return must be enclosed in the package. Reckless shipment will result in cancellation of the right of complaint and return at your own expense. We therefore always recommend that return packages are sent as parcel post with tracking and insurance.

We recommend that you use our return portal. Here you can easily make the return in a few simple steps:

  1. Find your order
  2. Choose the items in your order, you want to return
  3. State the reason for the return
  4. Get a QR code to use when sending the package from the GLS og PostNord Shop (No printer is needed)
  5. Or you can print out the return label from your own printer.

Return

Discimport.com provides a 14-day right of return from the day the item is received. Returns are made at the customer’s expense.

To make use of the right of return, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Since the item’s packaging represents a value in connection with resale of the item, please return the item in the packaging you received the item in.

Reckless shipment will result in cancellation of the right of return and re-delivery at your own expense.

Once we have received the item back and checked that it meets the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, the total purchase price will be refunded to you by a transfer to the card with which the order was paid.

If, contrary to expectations, the order or products on the order cannot be delivered, then Discimport.dk can cancel the deal and refund the money to the customer.

Unreealed goods in the parcel shop are NOT considered returns, but the customer will receive collection for return shipping, and may choose to have the package sent again upon payment of new shipment.
