The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all transactions concluded with Discimport.dk. The conditions are valid from January 1, 2022.
Prices
All prices on the website are cash unit prices incl. VAT. Discimport.dk reserves the right to change prices without notice. Discimport make reservations regards to typing and price errors.
We have PriceMatch on all items in relation to all Danish stores. Learn more about price matching.
All our discs are marked with a label at the bottom. This label can be outdated and have and old pricing. It is allways the pricing on the website that determines the price.
Order
All items can be ordered online in our webshop.
You are always welcome to send an email if you are looking for other types of discs. We are happy to explore the possibility of ordering them home.
Discimport.dk are happy to respond to inquiries regarding products and delivery time before purchase.

Payment
In our webshop you can pay with the following means of payment:
- Mobile Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Anyday.
- Danish and foreign cards: Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express
- Electronic invoicing (institutions with EAN no.)
We accept payment with Anyday. The first installment is deducted when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly installment on the last weekday the next three months. The size of your installment depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. Data you send in connection with purchases paid for by payment card is encrypted (SSL), and thus only PBS can read them. We do not have the opportunity to read the data.
The amount of the goods is deducted only when the goods are shipped. There can never be deducted a larger amount than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Discimport.dk ship with GLS and PostNord all over Denmark (Greenland and the Faroe Islands as well as abroad are added to extra shipping costs) and most of Europe.
All orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the description of the individual product or on the website. However, reservations are made for sold out and discontinued goods as well as extended delivery time and delivery failure of goods from our suppliers.
Warranty
According to the Sale of Goods Act, you have the right of complaint for 24 months on all goods.

Return
Discimport.dk provides a 14-day right of return from the day the item is received. Returns are made at the customer’s expense. Learn more about how to use your right of return.
